A one-hour tutoring session is typically sufficient to review and clarify the equivalent of 3–5 hours of prior instruction, provided the material is already familiar and requires refinement rather than introduction.
For entirely new content or topics that present greater difficulty, additional time may be recommended to ensure thorough understanding and lasting mastery.
Are you a school or school district that wants to super-charge your AP Statistics instruction? I provide professional development targeted to help your staff do any everything from planning and understanding the course, utilizing AP Classroom, creating or modifying activities, creating authentic assessments, and preparing students for the exam. Sessions can range from 1 day to 4 days depending on your specific needs, and can be done in person or remotely.
